I feel like it's a breath of fresh air too, that's why I've only written him as an alpha or omega before! and I think you might be right that most a/b/o writers don't really know what to do with him so they just make him a beta (and it might be a relic from the time when sevng was kind of portayed by fans as the "normal" and "boring" one?)

and yes, everyone can write whatever they want, but yeah it's also valid to want to see sevng as something else than a beta (and it's my personal pet peeve when he's portrayed as a stuck up or boring person or a party-pooper or smth), so I'm happy to provide :D <3
