Oh thank you!! Without any lore in the way I got my idea for Felix from just bugs I saw and loved seeing growing up! First it was those itty bitty millipedes (i call them rolly polies) spiders, beetles (Felix old design had beetle pincers as horns!), and then i discovered centipedes and wasps I went "THAT'S FELIX, IT'S HIM!" and a tiny bit of his personality and design was also inspired/based on Flapjack from The Marvelous Misadventures of Flapjack, my favorite show growing up. So TLDR; he is the love manifestation of all my hyper fixations since childhood to right now!
