have you played the original pathologic or just the 2nd? ive bene really curious abt the game and i know the original is hell on earth so was curious. if uve played both, is the 2nd game more playable? or is it just as hellish
I've played through all of both and my opinion is that the original is easier/less punishing but also not as well-made from a gameplay perspective (e.g. janky and has stuff that induces rage but not in a good way. Like the rats that bite your ankle and instantly give you the plague and have a tiny hitbox so you're incentivized to savescum) and the 2nd is a lot harder/requires you to have your wits about you more but is also more playable with a LOT of QOL improvements... HOPE THAT MAKES SENSE. And of course some people prefer the tone/aesthetic of the 1st game more than the 2nd and vice versa but yeah ultimately that's up to u to decide...
