same tbh, but I'm sorry to hear that pookie. try to find something that can calm you down. drawing, sewing, listening to music, walking and talking with friends, all sorts of things. it doesn't have to be something perfect, the main thing is process in which you relax a little and maybe get distracted from the things that stress you out. this is what helps me at least, I just try to fill my thoughts with something different. I don't know what's going on with you, but I hope everything gets better for you ❤
