how to stop the intrusive thought
I hope those are positive intrusive thoughts, mm? If they aren’t, maybe you could try a suggestion from my counselor. When strange or intrusive thoughts come up, gently shifting your energy and focus to something that needs concentration can really help. I sometimes try to paint to express what's on my mind (although I haven't had much time for it lately), or even just playing with small Lego sets helps me feel better. Or even a quiet night drive can help calm my thoughts. What do you think?
