Gale tying Dev up with some rather flimsy rope. On purpose. Because he could easily break out of it, but he has to be a good boy and stay put.

Maybe he like ties his wrists but doesn’t actually attach it to something like he said he did. Just testing to see if Dev will notice or do anything about it. But he’s so good his arms stay above his head the whole time :)
