Do you like any anime anime boy that isnt a multi colour haired twink?

i first discovered you via your tweet about male byleth with glasses being featured in a kotaku article, forgot about you for a couple years, and then came back to see you brainrot about toya from the hit game project sekai.
fly high king, love your cosplay photos as well :D
Apologize to me right now or I will put your work in an AI-generated art generator and use it to sell NFTs.
My Twitter account is: twitter.com/stealthygeek
bro idk how but every few months i forget about following you and when you come back into my tl its always bc of some big stupid drama where you were right all along and others had their heads too far up their own asses to try and have some reading comprehension anyways hope youre doing well youre super epic
that tweet was lowk borderline transmisogynistic u should take it down -a tfem
okay this is the last thing i'll say about this all because i don't understand how everyone is misinterpreting what i'm saying so horribly to the point i'm genuinely being called transphobic.
there is absolutely NOTHING wrong with having transfem, transmasc, nonbinary, etc. headcanons regarding a character. it is very easy to just mute or block if you don't like one, which is what i already do. the reason i used boy in the initial tweet was because it was in response specifically to people using applying makeup as the sole basis they headcanon toya aoyagi as transfem. i apologize if my wording made it come across poorly and transmisogynistic. i tried to clear it up in replies but i don't know how many people will actually read past the first tweet to see that this is seen with transmasc headcanons as well. and additionally with all of this, it is genuinely a problem to see that only a certain "type" of male character is ever headcanoned as transfem, which is what my tweet was mostly getting at. people only tend to headcanon "dainty pretty boys" (if that makes sense) as transfem. and on the flipside, why are the "edgy tomboy girls" only ever headcanoned to be transmasc? this isn't unique to prsk fandom, i've seen it so heavily in other fandoms like promare and fire emblem. people like to stick to very specific ideas of what a transmasc or transfem person should look like, which is incredibly damaging to trans people that don't fall within that idea. this is something that has personally hurt me very badly in the past, where i wasn't seen as "trans" enough for a past partner of mine.
but along with the makeup transfem toya stuff, this is all in the same vein as saying something like "mafuyu has a short hair lim therefore mafuyu is transmasc". these are headcanons solely based on stereotypical ideas of gender presentation (where makeup = feminine and short hair = masculine). if you headcanon toya as transfem or mafuyu as transmasc, more power to you! i hope you have fun, genuinely. but to use specific stereotypes of what constitutes as masculine or feminine to define a gender identity when a character breaks gender norms is when that becomes an issue. this is reinforcing gender roles and pushes a genuinely transphobic point of view regarding gender. yes, these things can be empowering for trans people (for example a trans woman wearing a dress and experiencing gender euphoria in it) but that shouldn't define her gender. she is a woman because she is inherently a woman. her wearing a dress is not what makes her a woman. a canonically male character wearing makeup does not make that character a woman. that character is a woman because she is a woman. or how a canonically female character cutting her hair short does not make her a man. that character is a man because they are a man.
the point of this all is: you can headcanon whatever you want. you can play with a characters gender however you'd like. but just be self aware of WHY you have that headcanon. if you have that headcanon because they break gender norms by using/enjoying makeup or wearing more masculine clothing, then maybe you should think more about how this impoacts your real world view of what makes a trans person trans.
on a side note: even if you don't agree with me, just block me and move on. telling me to get a life or engage in inc3stuous acts with my dad is not the own you think it is
Hey, idk if you’ll see this, and it’ll probably be long after the fact, but I saw you’re feeling really down right now. I felt too awkward to dm you, but I wanted to tell you that I admire you a lot, and think you’re really cool. I know what it’s like to feel like people just keep you around to laugh at, so I just thought it might help to hear that I think you’re really awesome, and I hope you feel happier soon. Take care!
Liking the todoroki boy despite not really liking bnha is such a universal transmasculine experience, I was just having a conversation about this this morning. It's in our dna
Ohh! Yeah I’d seen you talk about things like FE and Xenoblade before but I wasn’t sure if you liked the whole genre or just a few games as exceptions. As another lifelong Nintendo fan, very cool picks!
