ummm ok obviously shes muscular and stuff annnd i think that. she sleeps really rigidly and is a light sleeper because of like growing up in the mountains and The Horrors and stuff and shes also used to waking up very early for training + is very disciplined about routines like her sleep cycle, when and what she eats etc ,, i think that the more time she spends in the harbor and the more comfortable she gets around other people and herself she gets looser about those principles (like allowing herself to relax when she's sleeping) but she still has a regular routine that she likes to keep to :3 i cant really think of any other specific ones atm bc i always forget to like . write stuff down but i might add some later if i feel lik eit
