just a heads-up, in the middle of answering this I noticed just how long my answer has gotten (I'm kind of sorry for rambling so much but also, thank you for asking about my writing process. it means a lot to me.)

yes, I do listen to music while I write: no joke, I've literally got a yt channel for the playlists I create while writing (some serve the purpose of getting a feeling of the general mood of some of my stories, some are meant to kind of describe the individual chapters of multichapter fics, etc.)

I've got a playlists from when I was writing my Minkey Good Omens AU - it's called 'angel/demon au - mood/inspiration playlist' and contains edits from the original show and said show's main couple, there's also some songs that remind me of an angel and a demon falling in love (there's themes like forbidden love, star-crossed lovers and being in love but choosing not to act on it to safe oneself from the heartbreak before it even happens, etc.).

for one of my stories, I have a writing playlist as well as an official fic playlist for said fic. the songs in both playlists aren't necessarily all the same ones.

inspired by my Taekai fic 'the bet', I've created a playlist containing every song that gets mentioned in the fic itself (in a way, these songs even kind of describe the development of the story as well as that of the relationship between the two main characters).

the length of each playlist depends on how many songs I think fit the story.

for example, my Namjin fic 'keysmash' has a playlist with just six songs while I've also got a playlists with pre-made playlists (aka those yt videos that are already made up of different songs), so in a way there are probably a few dozen songs in that playlist.

for my current fem-Jeongcheol fic, I've created a playlist that's meant to be the setlist of GIRLNee (there are mostly just live versions of the songs that are part of the setlist in the fic so that I might be able to actually capture the vibe of these songs actually being played live and in concert)

to answer your second question (and I'm kind of sorry for how long this answer is going to be), I don't always listen to the group I'm writing about. sometimes, like I've said already, I go with a general mood which I want to capture in a certain scene or chapter. sometimes I much rather write while listening to something instrumental.

at other times, the groups I'm writing about aren't even part of my writing playlists at all.

all in all, what I listen to while I'm writing really depends on what I want to write.

I know GIRLNee is literally what a huge part of the fandom calls their girl versions but the pun with SHENee is incredible. I like a good pun after all. ^^

thank you, it's also a lot of fun to write. I've got an outline and a rough idea of where everything is going. there is going to be so much worldbuilding and so much backstory to some of the main relationships. I just like this chaotic bunch of fic writers (and their supportive fic reader friends) so much - once again, this is one of my stories that is basically a love letter to the queer people I know irl as well as to the fandom friends I've made online (and have also in some cases had the chance to meet irl).

I've tried the 'generate question' feature for the first time and tbh, this is really random for a generated question but also rather fitting (no pun intended) considering all the things I write about.

for the ones who might not know what this is about, here's a quote from the official website: "Bad Dragon: Custom hand-made fantasy sex toys and dildos" - for the people who aren't really or at all into sex and/or sexual acts with others and/or oneself in general: they also produce other things, such as dice, which just so happen to look really cool.

regarding the topic of fantasy-inspired sex toys: in a way, I guess I've already written a few rather low-key monsterfucker fics (does it even count if it's two monsters or creatures?). so, of course, I guess a question about this manufacturer had to come up eventually.

also, in a way, I think the different creations and sex toys of Bad Dragon can be described as adult-themed art pieces. some don't even look like sex toys at first glance but more like fantasy-themed sculptures one could put on display. I'm sure there goes a lot of thought into the designs of the sex toys and also into how they might safely be inserted into a human's body or otherwise safely used by humans.

on a more serious note and to answer the actual question; I think it's really interesting there's really something for everyone in terms of sex toys and ways to customize them.

thanks for asking. what does "move forward physically" mean in this context? I'm not being sarcastic here, since it could really mean a lot, for example: when will they touch each other more openly? when will sn actually allow himself to take a much more active role in their sex live? when will they have penetrative / anal sex with each other?

if one or all of these questions apply: soon. they will get there soon. there's just a few more chapters before they both will finally get to realize what they both want - not just in terms of what they want to do in sexual relationships with men but more so with one another. I hope this helps. ^^

I'm working on the next chapter of my fic "under covers" aka my 'comphet wsn 3somes' fic. I also hope to finish my omegaverse fic "you're all I crave" soon and after that, I hope to write some wsn fics with supernatural elements - I have a short-ish vampire/human au fic planned that's inspired by the series "mignon" (vampire doctor and human cage fighter). speaking of wsn as supernatural beings, there's the sequel of my omegaverse fic "mating run", which will have wsn as the main couple.

in the future, I plan to finally write a fic which I've been meaning to write for quite some time now - it's going to be called "signed and sealed" (aka it's part 2 of my reverse sugarbaby au / part 2 of ‘the contract’ series).

I really like how a lot of people seem to actually call this AU of mine What's Wrong With Secretary Boo? (which to me was just a silly little wip title while I came up with the outline of this)... but, honestly, that's so freaking cute that other people now use this title as well. <3
