What are your thoughts on Villains are destined to die and its characters?
i loveeeee penelope, she was the reason why i love that manwha so much. at first i had a deep hatred for all the male characters. my girl couldn’t catch a break for one second and i hated her younger brother more for lying about that necklace thing, always bullying her when she hasn’t done anything wrong. the scene in the attic where penelope clocked his tea with the fireworks behind and made him regret his life choices made me feel so satisfied for a bit and i started liking the younger brother after that, i think he redeemed himself well and became a cute younger brother when he realized his mistakes. now the other brother… he’s an iredeemable asshole, even if he apologized to penelope 100 times it wouldn’t matter because by his nature he will always look down on penelope for being a peasant. i didn’t like callisto at all first too, he was introduced as being batshit insane and i thought he was unstable when cut penelope’s throat in that garden. so he became public enemy number 1 for me. i just wanted my girl penelope to escape that place and didn’t really ship her with anyone. i only thought eckles would be a safe choice for her since there was a power dynamic where penelope had control over him. i thought it was sweet when they bonded over their tragic situations when eckles got brought to the castle as her bodyguard and was being bullied by the other knights. and one thing about penelope, she hates bullshit and is always honest so when she said something like “just wait, i hate my life too, we’ll be free soon” i dont remember the exact phrase but it seemed like a good idea for them to get revenge together and escape that shitty place. i liked how there was at least one person that would see her as equal. and about penelope’s father, that dude ain’t shit. he always ignored his kids bullying penelope and allowed it, i don’t care how nice he treats penelope now, i still hate him. yeah thats about all my opinions for the characters.
What are your thoughts on the scene where Eckles told Penelope that he would abuse her if he couldn't get her heart? (Villains are destined to die novel, 221)
What qualities do you think are the best in a yandere ML and where would you draw the line (by not like him)?
OK fictionally speaking- their determination and smooth skills are attractive. i think a yandere’s charm is best shown when he’s jealous or there is a danger to FLs life. like being protected by a devilish ‘guardian angel’ while you’re unaware chilling sounds awsome 💀 i like it when they’re selfish but insecure. he monopolizes the MC for himself but also tries not to get hated by the mc. i rlly hate when they restrict the mc’s physical freedom so a yandere MLs obsession getting to the point of kidnapping mc in an enclosed room and mistreating her as ‘revenge’ for speaking to other guys would make me hate him. a good yandere should worship their loved one and think their crush can do no wrong. if their crush is seen with another guy, it must be the other guy’s fault for annoying the mc. so egotistical yanderes who hurt the mc are a no go for me. if they have generally bad character or aren’t smooth with their shenanigans i wouldn’t like them either. like a little failure and stumble in a yandere’s plan to get them exposed is good for shock effect and angst. but lets say if they’re stupid enough to hurt mc’s family members/platonic friends out of jealousy and get caught in the process, thats lame. i wouldn’t hate him but i would want him to be more skillful in his ‘petty’ crimes.
hii is a lucathiekiss a reference to Lucas and athy from wmmap??
Hi egg if you were to be transmigrated to a manhwa which of the following would your prefer
1: rewrite the fate of a character you think was wronged
2: become the bestie of your fav character
