hey!! just replying to your tweet as my account is priv. boohan did move out of the previous dorm! it happened around june 2021 when the backround changed. before, they had wooden floor and now it's white tiles, also the kitchen layout is completely different! and this is just speculation on my part as ofc we won't know this for sure, but i believe it's a house rented by themselves and not a dorm per se, again bc of the dazed interview where jh said his taste in decor(?) changed and how before he liked the chic aspect of a house, which is the exact description of the house they have now where it's all white and they have a chandelier above their dining table etc. it's a house that fits his own taste thus i dont think its a company rented apt!! :)
op im so sorry i'm saying this as respectful as i can but did we watch the same nine hearts pick interview perhaps? maybe i missed more dazed jh content! i'll be going off of the nine hearts pick interview so; i'm not sure how the engsub skewed what he said since i don't use it but his description of a home he wanted is something warm, wood-toned floor and just walnut coloured around the entire house i don't know how that fits the current boohan dorm they've had a few complaints on that place and i know they aren't gospel but kfans regularly get mad at pledis for not moving them to a better place too seeing how much issues the current dorm has, that's why i don't believe they'd rent such a shitty place for themselves lol.
