no im mentally ill, lots of accts post exclusively discourse i dont think me having a discourse addiction is anything but my issue. im trying to get help for it but i dont think me posting a lot of discourse is comparable to ppl who only post discourse or have discourse accounts. u dont need to tell me to "be normal" when im mentally ill and very open about that fact & have been working on my arguing thing immensely. progress isnt linear

Agar (short for agarose) is a type of sugar derived from seaweed! Agar agar is the same thing, but food grade. The agarose used in a lab is not food grade.

Fun fact: 🧫 <- that is blood agar! You can tell by the red color, which is not seen in most agars. Technically Macconkey agar can be a pinkish red when lactose fermenting bacteria are plated on in, but it appears the full plate is pink so that's not the case.
