the creepiest ost is certainly the tsurumi island ost (sorrows of strays, wandering in the mist). it's both creepy and sad. the creepiest place is enkamomiya probably.
i don't really watch or play horrors tbh, but i liked "mirrors" when i was a teenager. i haven't rewatched it in years though. as for the games... doki doki literature club ig? also fran bow is a very interesting game.
the coolest creepypasta is in my opinion the jvk1166z.esp mod for the elder scrolls morrowind.
i don't think i've ever visited any creepy places or experienced any creepy stories (thankfully)
