So, regarding people defending Mafuyu's mother, I wanted to say to not be so harsh on them because some of them may actually be in a similar situation to Mafuyu's. I'm not saying they necessary are! But I do relate to Mafuyu's situation a lot and used to defend toxic parents simply because they didn't seem bad for me, I thought that's how parents were supposed to be (I even defended Gothel as a kid, that's how bad it was-).
