I think the big thing for me is the characters! The format of them all getting their own story chapters is a great means of letting you get familiar with them. I love that 8path 2 expanded on interactions between party members too. The idea of 8 completely different people banding together and going on a cosy journey hits home for me so much.

The games are so atmospheric and feel so satisfying to play too. It was nice to just have my headphones in and play late at night, forgetting about everything else haha. The ost + visuals just lean into that super well.
