OUUUUHHHH YESYES I WOULD DIE TO READ THIS ACTUALLY, alex trying his hardest to convince henry to stay home because he worries about him so much and doesn't want him to push himself especially when he's pregnant but it's some EXTREMELY important event that he more or less can't afford to miss and he's also stubborn so he goes anyway.

but not without alex being glued to his side the entire time even more than he usually would be, fussing over him and making sure he sits down enough and takes breaks and rubs his shoulders and brings him water and food and anything he could possibly need or ask for.

also the idea of alex snapping at someone who talks to henry too long without letting him rest when alex can tell he needs it or if someone tries to pull him away somewhere or just generally overwhelms him, henry going a little bleary-eyed and leaning more heavily against alex's shoulder, maybe even softly whining to alex when he can't get himself out of a conversation that he needs to go sit down and alex will bark the head off of anyone if he needs to before whisking henry away and doting on him all over again, it definitely makes henry feel extra loved and maybe even a little turned on if it wasn't for him feeling so sickly that alex is so protective of him 🥰🥰🥰🥰
