thank you! took me a while to reply to this ask because i was thinking about it and then i forgot about it. i haven't played a lot of golf games but i mostly like online multiplayer ones because they're really fun to play with my girlfriends who are all in different countries. vertiginous golf and golf with friends are two recent ones that come to mind. i tried golf for workgroups and even considering it's mostly a tech demo i couldn't get much out of it. i like it when golf games are light-hearted and don't take themselves seriously and there's a lot of funny moments to be had in the janky physics engine.
