(2/2) the forums would have 'factions' like claw and whatever union that wrinkly old guy reigen dropkicked belongs to and toichiro would be like an influencer there bcz almost everyone joins his faction and they would have a discord server (unlikely. in my mind this takes place in the 2000s or something) or some shit with role-locked channels planning out their next story arc and mob would be a lurker browsing the newest threads seeing reigen's weirdass rulebreaking oc and join in bcz funny rulebreaker :D
i'm so struck by the idea of claw having a discord server LMAOOOOO the utter chaos....... i feel like the mods would be hatori and minegishi because hatori is the only one who knows tech stuff and minegishi is The Token Youth who actually can't be arsed and keeps giving out warnings to people for no reason on purpose lol

mp100 au where the entirety of the happenings in the show were just people roleplaying on a forum! "but anon, how would reigen fit in?" in order to join the forums you need to read 38 pages worth of wordlbuilding lore to ensure your character makes sense and fits in. reigen skipped all that and then he had no idea what the forum even did so he went "uhm actually my oc can conceal his aura and his powers are spiritual and he's hot" and it breaks all the rules but the mods for some reason allow it
that really is reigen's whole vibe at the end of the day, isn't it...... he rolls high on charisma and is possibly seducing the DM, it's hard to say. just how he lives his life

okay. so. how old is reigen by the end of the series??? i swear he was 28 at THE START of the series, turned 29 in the separation arc, and turned 30 in the epilogue,but others say he was actually 27, then 28 and then 29 in the end??? what? what? what? what? what?

in fact, the kids would meet at the office specifically to argue about shit like fnaf lore and undertale easter eggs and serizawa, (a gamer) would join in which would make it all even worse, in true middle schooler fashion
serizawa dominates at fortnite and the kids think that's awesome. reigen is jealous so he learns the dances and the kids are like "that's lame, man, fortnite is so two weeks ago"

hi, sorry for this but i think tome would be an avid mlp watcher and she'd get into serious arguments about it with takenaka. and with ritsu too. all the spirits and such kids would get into huge arguments about how cutiemarks work(i dont think the creators even know themselves) actually. and it'd be funny watching reigen try to break up the 'fights' like 'kids, even if it works in mysterious ways, your butt mark doesn't define you' and theyd yell at him. i mean, mob psycho does take place in 2012 afterall

if its not to personal of a question, have you ever successfully become friends with an ex that you were friends with before dating? or what are your thoughts on it? or if thats too personal what do you think reigen would say about it?
i honestly don't have that much dating experience, i'm still dating my first serious boyfriend LOL but it's something i could see myself pursuing. if they're a valuable part of my life, i'd want to continue the friendship. and i think this tends to be easier in queer communities haha but that said, it would have to be a careful venture. most breakups are really painful in some way so... there would have to be respect for that pain, and for not rushing things. i'd want to approach for friendship in a way that still allowed the other person their space and no pressure, and i'd have to be aware that it might take a lot of time to get to a point where the friendship is actually close to what it was before, maybe even years. i'm the type who would stick with it that long sdfafasfk but i'd also have to know that it's ultimately the other person's decision whether to reciprocate or not. and if not, i'd just have to find my peace with that. there would have to not really be any morality applied to it or moral judgment or expectation. these things are just about what people need, and people need what they need. as for reigen, i'm sure he'd find something catchy to say about it. maybe he took it from a magazine for teen girls. who's to say.

You're so right!! What people don't understand is yes he's a loser but he's a COMPETENT loser!! His whole deal is that he has a variety of extremely niche skills mixed in with completely normal adult competencies that are somehow enough to wiggle out of any situation! He is the master of knowing just enough to get by and bullshitting the rest, truly an inspiration to all 30-year-olds everywhere. This is why he's the shishou of Serizawa and Mob, because they just want to get by in the world and somehow, paradoxically, that is exactly what Reigen is good at LMAO

oh right remember when I came up with a mp100 school of rock AU like 2 years ago? I recently rewatched school of rock and it really is dead poets society but better; anywayssss I think I said it'd work as shinrei but it fits serirei way better?? like; the principal's awkwardness with others is so serizawa-coded and shinra as ned (dewey's (jack black) well behaved (???) roommate) is so fucking real; AND TOME AS THE BAND MANAGER KID? but thinking about it now dewey as reigen doesnt work THAT well bcz (1/2)
