what's the insurance policy like at the agency. Do they have... whatever beak dental is? do they get paid leave? is there such a thing as "overtime?"
That's still something that's I'm thawing out, but at the very least they have really good health insurance (due to the paranormal stuff they're dealing with) and they have modest accommodations provided for field agents and stationed agents.

He really loves polearms and fancy knives. Butterfly knives are kind of a guilty pleasure for him

He kinda has a habit of hopping between hobbies. For a while he was really into repairing/modding old electronics, does small doses of creative writing, maybe now he's into picross or something

Wes listens to alot of indie rock, funk, and nujazz. I think Oscar would listen to more rock, like classic or prog rock, and metal

What’s their favorite thing the other wears? What’s their least favorite?
Wes loves it when Oscar actually dresses up, suit and everything, which is fairly rare for Oscar since he doesn't generally pay too much attention to how he dresses. Plus, he loves tying his ties for him since Oscar doesn't know how. He does dislike that Oscar wears boxers, however.
I don't think Oscar is too picky about clothes on Wes honestly, but he does really appreciate that Wes dresses well.

They both love pho, and have a go to Viet place they love going to. Otherwise, Wes loves soups, and Oscar loves handheld foods (sandwiches etc.)

how much of a nerd is Wes? What traits/qualities does each one absolutely adore in the other?
Wes loves collecting, fixing up, and playing with old electronics in his spare time. He also loves reading up and researching mythology, folklore, and urban myths; one of the reasons he does what he does and why hes so qualified.
As for qualities they like in each other, there's a few I can think of off the top of my head. Wes of course loves Oscar's physical presence (he thinks he's really hot), but also how gentle and empathetic Oscar can be. Oscar is also much more focused than Wes, and helps them keep on track.
For Oscar, he loves Wes' enthusiasm and his charm. He loves Wes' assertiveness, confidence, and quick wits. Wes is also somehow very aware of Oscar, as in he can easily read him and knows how to comfort him, which is really disarming for Oscar who has a lot of built-up armour.
