i just finished chapter 3 and honestly i’m just astounded.t i loved it so much and i love ur fic:
honestly jisungs personality is like . bonafide misunderstood rockstar. u capture him so well to the point where he pissed me off Ahwhfjdjfjdjgjdj like DUDEEEE ACCEPT THE LOVE AROUND U. but also i Get It. i love the lore around his dad dying and the tidbits of his family life where his moms a doctor and they’re probably well off or at least not dirt poor so it’s like.. almost magnified where its like SHITTT my life should be awesome but like. my dad is dead and everything i do feels like a fuckup. i’m wasting it.
i’m also such a huge fan of his whole “rock is dead” belief system and how so many of his decisions tie into that? but also how minho challenges it when jisung gets too caught up in the “dead” part bc sometimes im like Huh. Seems like ur so intent on it being dead that a resurrection is out of the picture. (jisung only thinking about old listeners instead of new young people). which is also Saying a lot bc the very beginning of ur fic is his narration playing on their performances @ bad decisions = rock being UNdead.
next uhhhhh. the rope typing scene. i have to be honest i’ve never read anything like that EVER. someone who was able to put into words how visceral the psychological aspect of it can be!! well actually i’ve never been tied up but i have been the submissive in a scene and how overwhelming (good) it can be is displayed Sooooooo well i really really enjoyed it. i just had to leave a message before moving on to chapter 4. im looking forward to seeing their relationship grow

Omg, yes, his character pisses ME off sometimes jffjfnfn fortunately, he changes for the better, but GOD he is annoying haha I think I mentioned his dad decided to leave his rockstar dreams to become a politician, so Jisung's family is wealthy and that's mostly why he's so selfish, spoiled and full of himself. He's a rich kid with a sad story and for most of the fic he lets that define him. I'm impressed you picked on this aspect, it was very subtle!
Sometimes I think I dance too much around the dead and alive metaphors and how they morph into his everyday life, and it makes the story kinda morbid. It's a great reassurance to see that you saw how it plays positively into his life 🥹🥹
Fjfjfjfjrbrbrb I honestly love when people compliment my shibari scenes, thank you!!! I do engage irl practice of tying and being tied up, so this is where I thrive, I know how it feels to rope top and to rope bottom and everything that goes in between. It took some tries to be able to translate the feelings, so it means a lot to me to see people enjoying them as well!!! I hope you like chapter 4, it's different but it's my favorite so far!
