Megumi literally growing up the Yuji and his older brother with how much his dad left them with them and their grandpa
sukuna is 6 and itafushi are 4 when they all first meet and after a few months Megumi and Yuji are inseparable!! Wherever u go you will see Megumi and Yuji holding hands and sukuna walking behind them at the park itafushi are sliding down together while sukuna is waiting for them on the ground and all the neighborhood aunties all coo over them and say that Yuji and Megumi are going to marry each other when they grow up and find the 2 of them adorable but when Megumi comes out to everyone as trans and starts transitioning they all blame it in him hanging out with 2 boys since childhood but it's okay Megumi doesn't care they can't say anything to his face cuz his dad who is toji and grandpa itadori accept him and will fight for him but it's even more of a surprise when at 13 he starts dating sukuna cause they all thought itafushi are gonna get together cuz while everybody noticed itafushi holding hands Megumi noticed sukuna walking behind him and making sure he doesn't get too near the road while everyone saw itafushi sliding down together Megumi saw sukuna standing at the end of the slide so that they make a safe landing while they saw Megumi going for sleepovers at yujis house Megumi saw sukuna covering him in a blanket cuz he knows Megumi gets cold easily while everybody got to know megumi was trans at the age 12 sukuna knew about it since he was 10 when he talked to sukuna about not wanting to be called a girl and for sukuna to treat him rough like how he treats Yuji cuz he's a boy (sukuna is scared to tell him that he doesn't treat Megumi softly cuz he's a girl but cuz he likes him so much) but yeah at this point they're dating and everyone asks yuji if it feels sad to see his brother date Megumi and Yuji is like wdym I just saw Megumi as my best friend
Also skfs have their first kiss on Megumi's birthday whe he turns 14 and so on blah blah (i don't wanna write about teens having sex rn💀) but yeah they're very bad at it the first few times they do it
It's always either in sukunas car or at Megumi's bedroom at his own home cuz gramps is always home and Yuji has interrupted them a few times. And they get married as soon as sukuna finsihed college and got a secured job<3
