Do you block people from chain blocks?? I really love your art but ive been blocked for a few months and i never interacted with you so i kinda wanna know if maybe it was just from a chain block or if you block ppl if they do smth because i never spoke with you😭😭 sorry if its awkward you dont have to reply and can delete if you want i really really like your art thank you for the polyniigo art..

i probably blocked you over something really small because I used to do that often. at this point ive stopped blocking freely because I dont stay logged in on my main much, and it probably will look unproffesional and hinder my work opportunities in the future if i keep doing that lol... feel free to message me from an alt so i can unblock you but if i recognize the account and remember that I did it over something serious ill probably ignore

how did you become so creative like where do you get your inspiration/ideas and motives you use in your art? it's amazing I think and I like your art very much

My best advice is to always keep note of the constant theming around a given character or situation, and then expand on it yourself. animals, plants, weather, items, elements, certain words and anything else of note, write it down while reading or watching the media if necessary, even. when you have them, you can create concept maps/topic maps and link what you got with things that they immediately remind you of, or things you can find on the Internet. you can play around with mixing different characters themes for pairings too. The reason I might seem good at it is that I like random trivia a lot, so when I see something about a character, I get really curious and start googling it and anything related, going down a rabbit hole of the given subject. read those beautiful wikipedia pages with 100 notations. i am genuine when I tell you that you can connect anything to your favorite character if you squint enough. Anthropomorphise the hell out of everything

something else i feel like saying is keeping the source media in mind; for example, if a character is from jp media, its likely that any related flowers will primarily reference hanakotoba as opposed to victorian flower language, so you’d be better off researching in the original language, even if you have to use mtl. of course this isn't Always the case, but it is worth considering because you might be missing out on a whole world of symbolism by restricting yourself to english.

ahh i forgot to upload it on youtube and unfortunately already deleted the less sped up file intented for it because i was lacking storage😭 i still do really want to do more speedpaints though!! my only issue has been is that I simply forget or my laptop starts insanely underperforming when I have both obs and a drawing program on... maybe i need to get a new one already... Either way i will try for you anon😭😭!!!!!! Im glad you are interested enough in it to send me an ask about it. Also ill link the video if i ever post it so dont worry about not finding it😌

Hii! I love your art but I noticed that you blocked me on Twitter buy idk why :( do you have a dni list or something else?

I block really freely and usually will block a bunch of people agreeing with or reposting a post that makes me uncomfortable. please dont take it as anything personal; i obviously cannot judge a whole person from one tweet, so being blocked by me doesn't mean i hate you or anything, but i do feel the need to somehow filter my space. also no i dont have a dni list as of now but i probably should make a rentry or something at this point

what animals do you associate the members of nightcord with? sorry if this sounds stupid, because you often draw them as animals. i just wondered if there are any specific animals

Like many i adopted the official assignment from world link because thats like. essentially what mafuyu's mind thinks niigo are and i think thats really cute. But other than that being my main one i am just generally open and interested in other animals because assigning different species/morphs is a lot of fun (see: the two times i drew niigo as different rabbit breeds). some of my favorite random assignments are clione, mole, bat knd; wolf, moth, sea bunny mfy; deer, pink cockatoo, pangolin mzk; owl, squirrel, chinchilla ena. this is is just from the top of my head though so im likely forgetting some that I also like a lot

Are you still okay with people using your art as a pfp with credit?
Also how can I tell a work is a commission if it is posted on Twitter, I don't want to accidentally use someone's commission as a pfp.

yeah, as it states in my bio im ok with any non-commercial use of my work👍also, any posts with commissioned works in them will have a special watermark and the fact that they are commissioned will be mentioned in the caption
