i also love the very end of anni1 where he tells owen that he won't be the one to leave him behind. just. ... the sheer audacity. he made so many assumptions in that moment and you can tell that he's locked his jaw on owen's metaphorical throat and owen is cooked.

also also the cupcake scene where cain just starts grilling owen like he's writing a fucking thesis on him and he needs to know every single thing that owen is thinking right now and owen responds with so much fear.... it's really cute when owen is afraid. it's really REALLY cute when cain locks onto something and won't let go.
