If I were trapped in unrequited love, I would try to focus on self-care and personal growth. It's important to acknowledge my feelings but also to understand that I can't force someone to love me back. I would seek support from friends, and perhaps consider talking to a therapist. I will always keep this thought in mind, "your worth isn't determined by someone else's feelings."
