we finally said goodbye to summer. it was hard. summer is over, and that's why we had to leave, but the feelings remain -not with him, but with me. i packed everything the day left summer, including my feelings. summer doesn't need to know how i feel about him, but maybe both of us know one thing all too well: the warmth we shared. because when i left summer, i no longer felt that warmth. summer still lingers around me, but with a different feeling.
