Of course. I believe he’d specifically have quiet BPD since he is very good at repressing and hiding his emotions. Quiet BPD is characterized by internalized feelings of guilt, shame, low self-esteem, suppressing feelings, blaming oneself, and feeling like a burden, all of which we’re shown Minakami display in the game. I feel like his lack of hesitation when it comes to taking his own life can be categorized as the recklessness and suicidal ideation that comes with BPD as well. I’d definitely like to replay the game so I can write a more detailed analysis, but those are my main points for now!
