For writing submissions— is 3k words the hard cut maximum word count? Or is there a little leeway to go over? Thank you!
Hi Anon! There is indeed a little leeway to go over the word limit, but not too much over! We'd like it as close to the word limit as possible but we understand that it may be difficult, so a tiny bit over to finish off your piece is okay! I hope that helps but let us know if you need further clarification!

Will you have guest artists/writers in the zine?
Hello Anonymous! We will have guest writers, artists and merch makers in the zine but are trying to keep guests at a minimum to ensure that we give folks who apply a good chance of getting in their desired positions!

Hello! In a recent tweet of yours in preparation for contributor submissions you mention a Portfolio. What are the portfolio requirements for a contributor submission?
Hi there! A portfolio would be a compilation of a minimum of 3 pieces that you believe showcase your work; it could be a link to your Ao3 or writing site, social media (media tabs), online art portfolio, or links to your store if you are applying to be a merch artist.
