How do you deal with a heavy heart?

TBVH, no matter how heavy the heart is, i always try to lessen the feeling with praying, talk to the almighty, and let everything out to Him. And everything is good again, a little life hack, tahajjud and dhikr fix your heavy heart. Even better if you read surah dhuha and insyirah at least once a day. Sorry, i can't answer it in a universal way cause that's the only thing that i know...
