Miwa bb im glad to hear your in therapy and ur trying to heal but u need to give ur self the time to feel its ok take it slow, as frustrating it's to be feeling great then sudenly u feel everything fall down but with time im sure u'll feel better hopefully sooner than u think but there is no need to rush it take years sometimes to be heald yk but im happy to know ur trying im rooting for u
U deserve nothing but the best u deserve to feel every emotion dont suppress them let them out its ok to take ur time u are the most important part in this healing pross pls rembr that

hellaur there 🥹🤍 ik this is a Really late reply,, but i appreciate u taking the time to send this to me and it really meant a lot at the time when i was going through A Lot of things 🥹 especially when quite after this vulnerable moment came with more bad news so… it was just a really messy month for me 🥹 im still doing my best every day so thank you for being such a huge supporter and providing comfort 🥹🤍 i wasnt sure if i wanted to answer this bc i kinda wanted to.. keep it to myself?? something to look at when i need reassurance… but then i decided to reply bc i wanted to thank you and answering this is the only way ik how since idk who u are 🥹 but thank you again and ur such a lovely person… i hope u only have good days ahead 🩷
