hilarious story. so on november 23, 2023 i was really bored. astoundingly BORED. naturally i was on ao3, but none of my usual fandoms were speaking to me, i was combing and combing through fics but id read all the intriguing things. fed up, i searched one of my favorite tags, “didn’t know they were together” and left the fandoms i usually filter out in the search. i begin to exclude more and more, harry potter and mcu and bnha, but eventually i keep seeing bts fics and im like fuck! why don’t i try rpf. didn’t like it…, so i move on. at this point, i already knew felix existed and i thought he was cute and sexy and i loved his accent, but i wasn’t that into kpop and i definitely wasn’t a stay, but i recognized skz so i decide to click some random binsung and try. i haven’t a clue if i finished it or enjoyed it, but i do know that i listened to skz’s entire discography that night and i haven’t been normal since…

i knew skz existed for awhile but in the same sense that i knew about most kpop groups and had friends who were kpop stans themselves, but i was never super into the genre before that night.
