hai.. who’s the sweet sender behind this? you good? ayo ngobrol di DM kalo kamu butuh! 🥹 i might or might not be the right person for you to ask this question because i, myself, still go through those emotions and sometimes get a bit lost on how to deal with them.. tapi aku biasanya cerita sih, gak melulu cerita ke temen kadang aku journaling juga. i feel like releasing those emotions can provide some relief. talk to your friends (aku kadang cerita sama stranger ssefnum juga selius🦜💭) cuma aku tau nggak semua orang bisa open up segampang itu, kalo kamu susah cerita ke orang you can write a journal or even cry if that helps! express your emotions in a way that feels comfortable for you :3

do something that makes you happy, like listening to music? watching your favorite show? kalo terlalu cape lakuin itu juga gak apa kok.. it’s okay to slow down and please don’t hesitate to ask for help, don’t hesitate to lean on friends or loved ones <//3

i believe that everyone copes with emotions differently, so find what works best for you. it’s okay to give yourself time and space to process and navigate through those sudden overwhelming feelings, semoga membantu dan semoga kamu cepat membaik yah! 🌷🤍

😭😭😭 sepertinya aku tau dah ini siapa, tapi kok kamu nda ada namanya bro!! aku mau nyanyi nyanyi lagi tapi tuh bingung cover apa ya.. dan lagi belum ada waktunya dan belum bisa main gitar (ha sedih🦭) jadi nggak fleksibel mau nyanyi lagu apa soalnya kalo instrumen dari YouTube itu suka either kerendahan apa ketinggian gitu :c nanti yah aku belajar dulu dan kalo lagi libuuuw (dan kalo lagi sedih sih lebih tepatnya.. becanda, becanda, jangan lah🥹🫵🏻)

hi, dearest sender! thank you for asking. i’ve been sneezing all day (i know, it’s sucks..!💢). i’ve got a stuffy nose since yesterday and it got worst today. i woke up with a headache and a scratchy throat on top of a runny nose. but my day was quite good despite everything❣️ how about you, sender? how’s saturday been treating you? 💖💭
