I’ve been meaning to start yoga 🏃 do you take classes or follow yt videos?

I do have a PT 🤸‍♂️ im very bad at self motivation/discipline so I decided to sign up for classes instead of just relying on videos 😓 HIGHLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO BEGIN YOGA IN ANY FORM THO, my body genuinely feels sooooo much healthier and stronger than before 😫
