hi hiiii! first of all don't ever be scared to dm me even about something like this <33 but since you said you're new to twitter i don't think it was about you, after all, though i can't be sure without knowing who you are ahfhsjdjdk. i just wanted to tweet it because multiple times i've seen multiple different people post things like incest or sexual age play specifically without tagging it, and those are two things that i would rather not see and have several words muted with the intention of ridding my timeline of it, which of course is futile when people don't tag. or when they censor the words, such as saying inc3st or inc*st.

you're definitely right about tagging being a tricky decision, because you never know what could be triggering to someone. i tend to air on the side of caution with this but i'd say main things that should be tagged are violence/blood, age gap, incest, sexual age play or just straight up underage content, dubcon/noncon, and eating disorders. (there may be more that i can't think of off the top of my head right now though). people can absolutely post what they want including dddne and sensitive topics and some sensitive stuff is hard to figure out how to tag, but it just gets frustrating when my muted words list is like a mile long and i still see stuff that makes me uncomfortable because people will censor it or not tag it at all when it's something blatantly triggering and easy to tag. it's just when it catches me off guard that it really affects me badly.
