hi lati omg!! here i am 7 months later omg i’m so sorry😭 (it’s the 7… the bts number……) i myself am even queer both gender and sexuality wise, and i definitely have a very skewed and unconventional idea of femininity and masculinity, yet i still can’t help but worry yk😭 heteronormative views and ideals are so deeply ingrained into everything around us that you rly can’t escape it no matter how much you try, sadly. and falling into those norms w my writing which is supposed to be fun, an escape, and a direct attack on those norms? that would be the worst thing that could happen. plus there’s also always gonna be a difference between what i personally view as very queer-centric vs what other ppl may view as such. i wanna make sure i’m not blinded by my own views and somehow appealing to things i shouldn’t thru that :( ofc in the end gender, sexuality and expression is a lot more complicated than simple dos and don’ts, but yeah😞 even if it’s a small thing, our silly little aus—and just art of any kind, rly—does impact the relationships with and the views of queer culture and norms in little ways either for the better or worse. and there’s sadly a lot of heteronormative tropes and ideals we gotta fight in the bts fic writing community :( god i’m probably just babbling, talking in circles and not making any sense at all i’m sorry. i’m not very good at articulating stuff and i just tend to end up in a ramble😭 sorry that this turned out to be so damn long!

yesss sadly :( it’s such such such a shame because she once drew both of taekook with their actual features!! she’s such a talented artist and seems so so sweet which is one of the reasons why it’s so weird why she all of a sudden changed up her way of drawing them :( she makes both of their chins a lot sharper and both of their noses sharp, just overall drawing them with a lot more eurocentric features. and in her most recent piece jungkook’s eyes aren’t even round. i absolutely get his eyes also being able to be sharp, but they just don’t really look like jungkook’s eyes being sharp? idk :( it’s like she switched over to drawing them like manwha style or something, like the typical all sharp chin and eyes and noses etc. it’s just such a shame😞 but yeah :( (sorry for the late reply btw!! so sorry😭)
