People only think your faking it because YOU’VE literally got so many things wrong for someone who’s medically recognised with it shouldn’t the professional who’s diagnosed you tell you? If they don’t then it’s clear you just looked at other people’s stuff, didn’t know the meaning but knew it was an term to do with this type of stuff and used it without EVEN trying to research the meaning.
