Perfect timing anon I literally just figured this out yesterday. As of now, in order:
1. Rock Lee
2. Naruto
3. Shikamaru
4. Jiraiya
5. Gaara

I think Temari, Tsunade, and Orochimaru also have their places in top 5 but my list changes around a lot depending on the season/arc that I’m on so for Now, as I’m nearly finished with season 6, this is where I’m happy to leave off my list…
