hey honeybun! i'm doing great and i'm so so glad you're well too 🫶 i missed you and your presence on this hellscape of an app, but i'm glad you decided to return - so many people left, especially the ones i followed for jaedo content. sometimes it's necessary to take a step back but i still wonder how everyone is doing :') funny how often you think about kind and talented strangers on the internet.
i hope you had fun with the doyoung content! what are your thoughts on his solo album? ✨️
will i get kicked out of doie nation if i say that i finally listened to his album today... idk if this makes sense, but sometimes i get overwhelmed when it comes to brand new things that i know i'm gonna like. maybe i put too much pressure on THE VERY FIRST MOMENT i'm supposed to experience it, so i put it off until "the right time"... but life is very tiring and i never felt like i had the energy to cultivate the perfect opportunity for it ;;
BUT I REALLY WANTED TO LISTEN TO IT, SO I DID, AND I LOVE IT!! i played it in my car to/from work, and during Beginning i said, "JESUS, THIS IS THE /FIRST/ SONG?" out loud, which i think sets the perfect tone for how good the rest of the album is LOL. it's such a perfect sound for his voice... upbeat and fun, but still comforting and soothing! i was literally smiling to myself while driving and i felt so HAPPY. i can absolutely see myself playing it on repeat :') I NEED A SOLO TOUR ONE DAY...
