I consume plenty of canon gay and think there is some queer coding in Hoyo games. You just want to dismiss them because you don't want to feel bad for shipping m/f, which you can just say a ship is boring to you. You don't need to do borderline homophobic rhetoric like "these idiots want to see themselves in media, how awful" and implying "those dumb CHINESE would never agree that gays exist". It's not corporate pandering when marvel does it, only when those dastardly Chinese do it. There's no gays working in companies there of course, only in America.
