non moots, can i ask? just curious, if you’re dating someone on CA, do you think it counts as dating in real life? do you think a virtual partner is the same as roleplaying? like if you’re in the same area, it’s easy to meet up, but what about if you’re in different places? would that be long distance? and are you thinking about meeting up?
Sender, sorry for the late reply I totally forgot I had retro. Anyway, it depends on both parties, like what you and your partner are comfy with. If you choose irl and separated by distance, then it counts as ldr. You could swap personal stuff like real names, birthdates, and addresses. Whereas with virtual, I think it’s similar to roleplay. The difference is you might talk more about real life, and maybe personal info too, just based on whatever boundaries you both set.
