hi how’s the working out going how do you personally get the calories you need to build & maintain muscle
doing decent!! i dont count my calories im ngl i just eat whatever*. ive been too lazy to get up early to work out now so i just started doing pushups whenever i got mad LMFAO
*is that important?? i eat a lot of protein anyway so i assumed that would be enough but is the balance seriously required?
