that's valid! I know a few people who can't do runny eggs cause of the texture. I personally need the white to be fully cooked, but the yolk super runny. I'm not a big scrambled person cause my mom made them a shit ton when I was growing up (she made some bomb ass scrambled eggs, ive just eaten them too many times lmao)
