not gluten, but YEAST 💀 it'll send me into anaphylactic shock, like ppl with shellfish allergies etc. It rly sucks cuz it's not just bread, there's yeast extract in certain chip flavors, soups, tons of food. so i have to check literally every single thing i consume even if it isn't a bread product 😩
