I love your Gofushi headcanons! I have the same vision about them.

I'll go in the same order:
1) Gojo is the loud one, always affectionate with Megumi, while Megumi is more quiet but really perceptive. I also think that Gojo can be very protective, even if he knows that Megumi can resolve things on his own.
In the canon universe, they share years together as sorcerers and later as a couple. Megumi has his ways to show how affectionate he is. Like, Gojo canonically sleeps only three hours. I think that maybe he will fall asleep during break times and Megumi will let him rest and leave him a couple of sweets bought for him during a mission.

2)I too see them as soulmates. They're connected by fate and I love the idea that from the start there is like a invisible red string that pulls them together! Megumi that will complete is domain with Gojo's help it's something sweet and badass at the same time. Gojo sometimes is also a tease during training. I mean, most of the time he will be serious because he knows how dangerous and dark sorcery and cursers are, but sometimes he wants to go easy on Megumi and he will flirt with him in my hc💚💙

I also love your ships! Some are even rare, like Yuutafushi (I found very little about them on Ao3, but I also love their dynamic). My favourites ships are Gofushi and Satosugu. Sukugo also is amazing (the slowburn can be crazy. I love the enemies to lovers trope).
