Referencing the pose or composition of a same character's art IS the same as tracing. I know you're tracing because your art are at two extremes: just neat one and strangely angled.
I didn't get this notification so I'm a bit late.. but this ask is a bit hard to follow so I can't answer fully accurately(? I don't care abt the first part, like I said, reference discourse always unamuses me. People should do whatever they want with art, idc!! It's always been like this throughout history. sorry if it bothers you but I can't force myself to care

Hey! These are too accusations are too confident. I've never traced anyone's art. If anything I just referenced the pose. I'll take this opportunity to say I do not take referencing discourse seriously ! I think anyone should be able to draw whatever they wish, especially hobby artists. Thanks.
