anna omg its 3am from where i am right now, i should be sleeping (studying) right now but i am scrolling through x and i saw u tweet abt bug bites and it suddenly made me feel things… and i realized i never really told u how much that fic meant to me so much. i started reading it when it was still unfinished and i had just started my postgrad program in the same uni i got my undergrad degree (its such a familiar place to me yet it still feels foreign for some reason, maybe because its been a year since i graduated. i used to think i dont really need to adjust anymore bc this uni used to be my home for undergrad but somehow entering it postgrad feels different) so reading bug bites while i try to adjust, unlearn and learn things, and adapt to changes alone in a big vast city felt like a very very warm tight hug from my mom. i get excited everytime i get an email notifcation that it has been updated. so thank u so much for writing bug bites. your words comforted me in sooo many ways and i am so glad that i read it. i wish i could reread it again for the first time just so i could feel the same things again when i first read it. thats all ok i will be sleeping now.
