OOOH hard question... there's a lot of characters i personally wouldn't say are my favorites but i really do think they were written pretty well!!! if i had to say THough just some i particularly like and can think of off the top of my head probably these (not in order):
- date (his entire backstory. Good Lord .... he is also a bit of a Fucking dork sometimes and i love that in characters. also his somnium in mizuki's route made me emotional HAUGHHH.. so glad he officially adopted her in the end. love this idiot. also his unnecessary yaoi with kagami is actually so funny. something wrong with them both)
- aiba (CREATURE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! fucking Thang /pos i love her design a lot also. might be my top fav character idk but shes awesome)
- mizuki (not much to say but like. if you know her route and everything. that one scene when date's unconscious and she's talking to him + his somnium and afterwards THIS WAS ONE OF THE ROUTES THAT MADE ME CRY!!!!!!!!!!! I LOVE HER SOO MUCH i cant wait to see more of her in nirvana initiative)
- hitomi (i love her a lot..... i don't wanna go on a whole rant about her entire backstory but if ykyk it drives me up the WALL /pos !!!! she has so so much love and its amazing. hitomi sagan you will always be famous)
- pewter (thought he'd just be comedic relief scientist guy and turns out he's a yaoi enjoyer. goofy as hell but also good Lord doomed yaoi w/ renju of all time holy fuck. the line "it was renju asking. someone i love." OKAYYYYYYYYYY !!!!!!!!! AND THEN THE REVELATION THAT IN THAT BRANCH IT WAS SAITO IN RENJU'S BODY... AND THE REAL RENJU WAS DEAD FROM THE START OF THE GAME do nooooot fuck with me right now. Im going to go insane. also do think the contrast between Pewter's Really Insane Sci Fi Ass Design and renju just looking fucking normal is great. canon gay rep of the year
- there's a lot more characters i also like too but i Need to shower eventually tonight so if you wanna hear more/specific opinions on a character (because oh Boy am i Fucking Insane Right Now) u can just ask or send somethign in the inbox or w/e. but yeah :] i liked this game a lot
