Thinking about our au. After a long while of diligent training, Maruki takes Akira out of his lab as a treat. No one stares at them, no one bats an eye. Why would anyone, they're just a couple in love on the street, what's so strange about that? (Besides being a middle aged man and a teenager, Akira is heavily dependent on Maruki's alien tranq drugs <3)

gahhh thinking about them sitting at the cafe. The same one Akira and akechi used to go to in kichijoji. Akira has a bit of a flashback sitting there, remembering akechi all of the sudden… maruki takes out a small vial of liquid and pours it into akiras drink he’s holding his head in his hands.
“aki-chan, you’re just dehydrated, remember to drink, okay?” maruki says, holding up the glass to akiras lips.
