YES!! I absolutely love mythology of any kind and the Iliad & the Odyssey are definitely some of my favorites! But I have a deep love for classics in literature as a whole! I went through a majorrrr Jane Austen phase when I was in middle school and throughout middle/high school I read all of her works. I still read Pride & Prejudice every year because I love it so much! And there are so many others: Little Women, Wuthering Heights, The Hobbit, To Kill a Mockingbird, The Great Gatsby, Frankenstein, The Handmaid's Tale, etc!
I don't consider people who enjoy reading classics to be "elite" by any stretch of the imagination (and some are boring as ALL FUCK lol don't let anyone tell you differently). But there are some that truly live up to the hype!!
