Hiii! I don't mind at all!! I actually started in the jjk fandom as a sukufushi shipper, but I'm someone who can be convinced to give any ship a chance if the content for them is compelling enough! That being said, Goyuu was a no brainer for me when I started reading the series! I'm a sucker for age gap dynamics in fanfic/power play dynamics, so the teacher/student relationship was like cat nip lol.
As for the inspiration for DoW I definitely have a love for omegaverse and mafia fics, but I really wanted to write a story that reflects the idea that who a person is/becomes has nothing to do with the family legacy attached to them, but also the inescapable cycle of becoming like the people in our family that came before us. As much as DoW is a sexy mafia, enemies to lovers plotline, the overarching theme leads back to each individual character's struggle to find their own identity in a world that has already "written down their fate". I could really go in depth about the whole thing, but I don't want to bore you with it! I really appreciate you asking!!
