the thing that i have to do is i'm trying not to think too much about things that negatively affect my energy —i can feel it, but just for a moment. i enjoy watching —not sad ones BUTT so far, i often scroll through TikTok. seeing great video edits or funny things, as simple as that make me HAPPYYY
